How do I deal with my anger?

I do 2 thing a either lose it and yell at people. or I go in my room or where ever it can be calm and quiet and I try to unwind. It works because some times I just need to yell to make myself feel better get my thought across. For the room thing I think i should do that all the time it helps me cause sometimes i can't yell at anyone especially when i know im wrong.
